Endless Player Privacy Policy

Endless Player is a video player for user-provided media sources. The app does not provide channels, movies, playlists, subscriptions, or media-service access. There is no Endless Player account, and DEHX does not operate a backend that receives your media library or credentials.

Information You Provide

When you add a media source, the app may ask for source details such as a portal URL, username, password, login identifier, or MAC-style portal identifier, depending on the source type you choose. These details are used only to connect to the source you choose.

Information Stored on Your Device

Endless Player may store the following data locally on your device:

Credentials and API keys use operating-system secure storage where available. This local information is used to make the app function and restore your preferences between sessions.

Network Connections and Third Parties

Endless Player connects directly to the media-source URLs you enter. Requests may include credentials or a portal identifier required by that source. HTTPS sources can use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Traffic to an HTTP source is not encrypted.

If you choose to configure SubDL or OpenSubtitles, Endless Player sends your provider API key and subtitle search details—such as title, language, year, season, episode, or file identifier—directly to that provider over HTTPS. Their privacy policies govern their handling of that information.

DEHX does not control the privacy or security practices of user-selected media sources or subtitle providers. Review those services' policies before using them.

Collection and Sharing by DEHX

The current version of Endless Player has no advertising, analytics, or remote crash-reporting SDK. DEHX does not receive your saved credentials, favorites, watch history, or media catalog through a developer-operated server.

DEHX does not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Privacy Policy Website

The public web version of this policy is hosted using Cloudflare. When you visit that webpage, Cloudflare may process standard network request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the page. This hosting is separate from your app media data, and DEHX does not use policy-page visits for advertising or analytics.

Your Choices and Deletion

You can remove locally saved favorites or reset the portal session from the app's Settings page. You can remove all locally stored information by clearing Endless Player storage in your device settings or uninstalling the app.

Because DEHX does not keep this information on a developer-operated server, there is no separate DEHX server account to delete.

Children

Endless Player is not directed to children. Users should only add media sources they are authorized to use and that are appropriate for their age and location.
